Pure breed, pure acorns, and pure natural magic. This sliced acorn-fed Iberian salchichón is made with the finest cuts from 100% Iberian pigs, raised outdoors in the Salamanca pastureland and fed on acorns during the montanera period, as tradition dictates.
Made by Carrasco Ibéricos, a company with more than 120 years of history and excellence, this salchichón has a smooth texture, a deep aroma, and that unmistakable flavor that only natural curing and impeccable raw materials can provide.

Ingredients: Lean Iberian acorn-fed pork, common salt, pepper, sugars, lactose, milk protein, milk powder and emulsifier (E-450, E-452), acidulant (E-575), stabilizer (E-420), pH regulator (E-331) and preservatives (E-250, E-252).
