CLAIMS

We have complaint forms available for consumers and users , in accordance with consumer protection regulations.

The basic procedure is:

  1. Fill out the form and make three copies.

  2. Distribute the copies:

    • A copy for trade.

    • A copy for the client.

    • A copy for the consumer protection agency (Consumer Services or Águilas Town Hall).

Sometimes it can be delivered in person or electronically depending on local regulations.

This procedure ensures that the claim is registered and can be handled by the competent authorities.
