Shipping and deliveries

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We ship to all of peninsular Spain .

If you live in the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta or Melilla, contact us before purchasing and we'll see how to get it to you.

We are currently working to ensure that D'12 will soon be available throughout Europe at a minimum.

HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?

The shipping cost is €6.90 .

But watch out: if your order exceeds €80 , shipping is FREE .

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Shipping usually takes between 24 and 72 business hours , depending on the time of purchase and the delivery area.

If you need something for a specific date, let us know in the comments when placing your order, and we will do the impossible (and a little magic) to make it happen.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON'T PICK UP MY ORDER?

If the order is not picked up and returns to our facilities:

  • If it arrives in good condition : we will refund the amount of the products, but the shipping costs will be your responsibility ( even if they were free in the original order ).
  • If it arrives in bad condition : we will not be able to issue any refund (food safety comes first).

Returns and Refunds

CAN I RETURN A PRODUCT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED?

Due to food safety reasons, we do not accept returns of gourmet products unless they arrive damaged or in poor condition.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ARRIVES BROKEN OR INCORRECT?

Write to us with photos within 24 hours and we'll solve it quickly and easily.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL AN ORDER THAT HAS ALREADY BEEN PLACED?

Yes, provided it has not yet left our facilities. Otherwise, no modifications or cancellations will be possible.
