The artichoke is a winter seasonal vegetable, it is generally harvested and consumed in the months of November and March, but we offer it canned so you can enjoy it all year round .
These artichokes are ideal for your stews, salads or kebabs and garnishes. Since they are so tender, we recommend adding them at the end and not stirring with a spoon. In salads they are ideal with fresh cheese, anchovy and oregano.
