Made with both sour and sweet apples that are hand-selected from the best apple trees. Harvesting is carried out in the same way as quince, at the end of summer and beginning of autumn.

By having a higher percentage of fruit than sugar, a smooth and aromatic cream is obtained that combines very well with cheeses, meats, empanada filling or simply spread on cookies.

Sweet apple helps fight insomnia thanks to its high content of vitamin B12.
