Our Gildas with Cheese take the classic pintxo to the next level with the addition of an exquisite semi-cured cheese blend . Each piece is carefully crafted with two Ibarra chili peppers , a green olive , a salted anchovy fillet , and the creamy touch of cheese, which perfectly balances the acidity, slight spiciness, and saltiness of the combination.
The result is an intense, balanced, and nuanced bite, where the creaminess of the cheese provides a delicious contrast to the crunchy texture of the other ingredients. An irresistible version of the most iconic Basque pintxo. Perfect to enjoy with a good wine or vermouth!

Origin: Ibarra, Guipuzcoa
Ingredients: Ibarra chili pepper, cheese 25% min. (pasteurized cow's milk 76% min., sheep's milk 6% min. and goat's milk 3% min., salt, bovine rennet, firming agent, lactic ferments and preservative (egg lysozyme)), pitted green olives, salted anchovy (fish), refined sunflower oil, salt, wine vinegar, water and preservative E-223 (sulfites).
Net Weight: 275 gr
Drained Weight: 80gr (4 units)
Recommendations: Keep refrigerated between 4 and 6 ºC. Consume within 7 days of opening and keep them submerged in oil.
Ingredientes: Guindilla de Ibarra, queso 25% mín. (leche pasteurizada de vaca 76% min, oveja 6% min y cabra 3% min, sal, cuajo bobino, endurecedor, fermentos lácticos y conservador (lisozima de huevo)), aceituna verde deshuesada, anchoa en salazón (pescado), aceite refinado de girasol, sal, vinagre de vino, agua y conservador E-223 (sulfitos).
Recomendaciones: Mantener refrigerado en frío entre 4 y 6 ºC. Consumir en un plazo de 7 días una vez abierto y mantenerlas sumergidas en aceite.
