Sileo is a single-varietal Grenache red wine produced by Agustí Torelló Roca in his winery in the heart of Montsant. This family project is based on organic viticulture that deeply respects the terroir and natural cycles. After traditional vinification, the wine ages for 9 months in French oak barrels and stainless steel vats, which gives it a unique complexity and elegance. Sileo is a balanced, versatile wine full of personality. An excellent choice for those looking for authentic, high-quality wines.
Tasting notes: Visual: Cherry colour with garnet reflections and violet flashes on the edges. Nose: Intense aromas of mocha, ripe fruit and a floral touch of lilac, with a persistent finish. Taste: Perfect balance between tannins and acidity, with elegant tannins and a remarkably high tannic sensation.
