Made in the Region of Murcia from Picual variety olives, this EVOO is obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means, preserving the essence and qualities of the fruit to the fullest.
Its unfiltered nature retains a greater presence of natural olive particles, giving it that authentic and slightly cloudy appearance that reminds us that this is a living product full of personality. Cold extraction allows its qualities to be preserved and the expression of the olive to remain intact.
