A classic of traditional Valencian lunches between bread: onion blood sausage, sausages and broad beans, cooked in their juice and in virgin olive oil.
The sausage is from Rosa LLoris, emblematic producer of the Central Market of Valencia.

Origin: Valencia
Ingredients: sausages (pork, salt, glucose syrup, dextrose, starches, spices, aromas, antioxidant (E331, E300), preservative E221 (sulfite)). Black pudding (pork, onion, pork blood, spices and salt), beans, fried onion (onion, palm oil, wheat flour (gluten) and salt), water, extra virgin olive oil and white wine (sulfites ).
Net Weight: 405gr
Drained Weight: 310gr
Recommendations: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep cold and consume within 72 hours.
