Red wine Cruzado

The name of this wine refers to its mixed character: red grapes such as Monastrell and Syrah and a white variety, such as Viognier, are used in the 'coupage'. They all come from extreme vineyards, located above 1,300 meters above sea level. Each of the grapes is processed separately to be found in a final blend that results in a fun, lively and long-drinking wine.

It is a fresh wine, agile on the palate, with balanced acidity, whose delicate touch of Viognier brings floral and herbal sensations to the traditional Monastrell grape. Cruzado is a gastronomic wine that, due to its kindness on the palate, pairs perfectly with all types of cuisine, cheeses and sausages. A wine as extroverted as its predecessor, ideal for an afternoon of wine or preparing a dinner with friends.
