Mulato red wine

The name of this wine refers to its mixed character: red grapes such as Monastrell and Syrah and a white variety, such as Viognier, participate in the 'coupage'. All of them come from extreme vineyards, located above 1,300 meters above sea level. Each of the grapes is made separately to be found in a final assembly that results in a fun, lively and long-drinking wine. It has obtained the gold medal at the Mondial des Vins Extrêmes 2021.
