Our anchovies are fished exclusively in the Cantabrian Sea (FAO zone 27).
The maturation process lasts a minimum of 12-18 months, giving our product its characteristic color and aroma.
With our work we achieve fillets with minimal salinity (7.3 g per 100 g of anchovy) and a unique texture.
Our cans bear the Cantabria Quality and Cantabria Anchovies seals, which guarantee that the entire process is carried out manually at our facilities in Santoña (Cantabria).

Ingredients: Cantabrian anchovies (Engraulis encrasicolus), oil, and salt. Contains no additives.

Drained Weight: 858gr
Recommendations: Store between 5º and 12º, once opened keep refrigerated and consume within a maximum of 5 days.
