Ingredients: sea eel, potato flakes (potato, emulsifier [E-471], stabilizer [E-450i], antioxidants [E-304, E330], preservative [E-223, contains sulfites] and spices [turmeric]), paprika, garlic, salt, virgin olive oil, water.

Recommendations: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep cold and consume within 72 hours.
