PICUAL Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Extra virgin olive oil from early harvest, from an olive grove in Linares (Jaén), which belongs to the European Olivares Vivos project.

It is obtained directly from the olives during veraison and exclusively through mechanical processes. This limited edition EVOO has a very peculiar aroma of olive branch, rose stem, tomato with salt and garlic.

Main features:

Oil of intense green color, fruity, of great olfactory complexity, with a light initial bitter touch and a soft and balanced progressive spiciness. This EVOO has great harmony, together with a good structure and persistence.
