This truffle vegetable cream or pâté is made from caramelized onion with chanterelles ( Lactarius deliciosus ) and fresh truffle. The truffle caprice is completely natural, both in the harvesting and in the production process, and does not contain any preservatives or colorings. The truffle with which this cream is made is Tuber melanosporum , also known as black winter truffle or black Teruel truffle. It is a truffle highly valued in cooking for its intense flavor.

Ingredients: onion, Robellón (lactarius deliciosus), 10% truffle (tuber Melanosporum), extra virgin olive oil and salt.
