The vacuum-cured cured meat from Embutidos Entrepeñas is a gastronomic gem made with select pieces from the hindquarters of the largest beef. It is cured naturally in open-air drying sheds in Geras, a village located at an altitude of over 1,200 meters, in an area declared a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve.
This cured meat, the pride of the province of León, stands out for its superior quality and a light layer of fat that provides flavor and succulence, similar to Iberian ham. Thanks to careful meat selection and a careful shaping process, each slice offers a unique experience.
