Ricote is a small Murcian municipality with a fascinating history. The Ricote Valley was one of the last Moorish strongholds on the Iberian Peninsula, a fertile land marked by irrigation systems inherited from the Muslim era and a strong agricultural tradition. That link to the land and the natural world remains very present in every brew from the house.
La Pale del Valle is a reflection of that philosophy: a smooth yet characterful beer, where sweet notes and balanced bitterness coexist. Its aromatic profile is defined by bitter orange zest, which adds freshness and an elegant citrus touch, and by Cascade American hops, which contribute floral and slightly resinous nuances.
