Your last Xiquena before the Collapse, born in the Region of Murcia, this IPA is the reissue of a mythical recipe from the defunct Águilas craft brewery Colapso, recovered now in a limited edition thanks to the personal link between its founders and the current Ricote Valley brewery.
Brewed with Cascade, Columbus, and Chinook hops, it offers a vibrant aromatic profile, where citrus and floral notes blend with a resinous base. Its malty foundation elegantly balances the bitterness, and its name—so laden with meaning—is a story that is reborn, at least once more, in every bottle.
A beer tribute with a Murcian accent, made for those who know that some farewells deserve to be celebrated with flavor.
