Stuffed squid in their ink

A classic of Spanish gastronomy. Stuffed by hand solely and exclusively with their own tentacles, they are canned fresh directly along with a sauce made with their own ink. Tomato, olive oil, onion and white wine. 

A traditional recipe just by opening a can.



Origin: Nigrán, Pontevedra

Ingredients: stuffed Loligo spp squid, olive oil (16%), onion, tomato, wine, squid ink, rice flour and spices. May contain traces of fish and crustaceans.

Net Weight: 115gr

Drained Weight: 82gr

Recommendations: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume immediately.
