Superbon is once again travelling the Mediterranean to bring us one of its most original recipes.
These crisps with salt and Cretan herbs are made from a selection of more than 20 Mediterranean herbs that bring aroma, freshness and a lot of personality to each bite. Rosemary, thyme, dill, savory and many more are mixed on a simple base: a good quality, crispy crisp.
Created by Philippe Emanuelli, a Michelin-starred French chef, they achieve a perfect balance between flavour, lightness and that Mediterranean character that invites you to keep on snacking.
These are crisps that don't need spice or truffle to surprise. The aroma of the herbs, just the right amount of salt and a spectacular crunch are enough.
