Prepared by hand with fresh hake caught using the traditional pincho fishing technique, this method guarantees the capture of the best pieces, obtained in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner.
The hake fishing process is carried out using rods up to seven meters long, with 500-meter lines and hooks distributed along the line, ensuring that only the freshest and highest-quality hake reaches our cans.
To preserve their exceptional flavor and texture, the cocochas are soaked in specially selected olive oil. This combination of ingredients guarantees a unique experience, with a tender and juicy texture that blends perfectly with the olive oil.
