Preserves of the finest part of hake. Made by hand from fresh hake.

Hake is one of the most appreciated and consumed fish in Spain. The fishing technique known as pincho consists of using four or five rods of approximately six or seven meters. Each rod is strung with a 500-meter main line with 20 or 25 hooks. When the hake bites, the main line is retrieved with the help of hydraulic pullers.

Only specially selected olive oil is used.

We recommend eating these cocochas either cold or hot. They go well with eggs, potatoes, vegetables (such as peppers, artichokes, and eggplant), and rice.
