Prepared in a traditional way, they are first soaked in cold water and cooked over low heat, maintaining a gentle boil for approximately two and a half hours.
The intensely black beans create a dark, creamy sauce that becomes an appetizing garnet-chocolate broth, accompanied by chorizo and pork belly.
Preparation: Open the can and heat its contents in a saucepan over low heat for a few minutes. The container contains 2 servings.
