Natural, artisan, vegan, extra thin and crispy, without additives or colorings and without palm oil.
Guérande salt is one of the highest quality salts in the world. With an unmistakable grayish color, this salt comes from Guérande, a peninsula from which it receives its name and which is located on the Atlantic coast of the historic region of Brittany (France).
It is a natural sea salt rich in mineral salts and trace elements , unrefined, without additives and dried in the sun. It is harvested manually by the Paludiers who, generation after generation, harvest by hand in the same way as it was done in the 19th century. XIX.
Lady Joseph discovered the properties of this sea salt during her summers in Brittany and it was always an essential ingredient in the preparation of her recipes.
The flour is milled by hand. Stone- ground flours are more nutritious and aromatic than those ground with industrial steel rollers.
We let our doughs rest for 12 hours and cook slowly to maintain the nutrients and obtain an extra fine and crunchy cracker, but consistent at the same time.
So you can enjoy them alone or accompanied by your favorite snacks.
