Delicious , Vegans and Artisans Crackers of Pepper Red , Cumin and Oil Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Natural, artisanal, crispy, and extra-thin, with no additives, preservatives, or palm oil.
We select the best grain of pepper red ripened on the vine and ground into a fine grain just before baking to retain their aromas. (Red pepper is the green grain that has ripened on the vine, turning the berry red. Red pepper is hotter than green pepper, and its aromas are also more intense.)
He cumin the grain is crushed without turning it into powder to maintain its aroma and properties.
Both give an intense, slightly spicy flavor to our crackers, and together with the extra virgin olive oil , become a trio of ingredients of exceptional quality.

We let our doughs rest 12 hours and we made a slow cooking to maintain the nutrients and obtain an extra thin and crispy cracker, but consistent at the same time.
