Cucos de la Alberquilla red wine

With a short passage through a 300-liter barrel, a wine is obtained that breaks with the vegetal character of Cabernet, appearing ripe notes, a reflection of our semi-arid climate.

It has the balance and freshness that its short time in wood has given it.

Intense garnet color with a high layer. Balanced, with aromas of ripe fruit, caramel, roasted sensations, with sweet dairy memories and notes of black licorice.

Good palate, with long persistence, where ripe fruit and roasted notes from its aging in the barrel once again predominate.

Aging: 8 months in 5000 liter French oak foudre

Grape type:  Cabernet Sauvignon

Alcohol content: 13.50% vol.

Recommended consumption temperature: 16-18ºC.
