These spaghetti are made with egg and squid ink, which gives them a dark colour and a subtle marine flavour. Their texture and flavour make them an ideal base for seafood dishes or sauces that enhance their unique character.
Works perfectly with: shrimp and garlic and parsley sauce, squid in its ink; mussels; clams and white wine sauce, sea urchin and extra virgin olive oil
