Rialto Dark Moscovitas Biscuits

Rialto’s Dark Moscovitas are one of those classics that need no introduction, just an excuse to open the box.
For over ninety years, they have been handcrafted one by one, following the original recipe of Rialto's old master confectioners and using only top-quality raw materials.
Their secret begins with a thin Marcona almond paste, selected for its texture and flavor, over which an intense and elegant dark chocolate coating is spread, adding depth and new nuances to each bite. And, of course, that secret ingredient that Rialto has kept for generations and that is part of the legend of the authentic Moscovitas.
The result is a delicate, crunchy, and sophisticated piece, where the intensity of cocoa meets the smoothness of the almond to create something difficult to explain and very easy to finish.

Ingredients: 45% Dark chocolate coating (cocoa 53.9% min) [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifiers: lecithins (soy), natural vanilla flavor], Marcona almond (17%), cream (milk), sugar, wheat flour, and vanilla.
