Quality anchovy, fresh piparra pepper, and an olive with character, all assembled by hand as is customary in the north. Each jar contains approximately 6 gildas, all made one by one to ensure each bite has the perfect balance of salt, acidity, and that spicy kick that gets you hooked.

Ingredients: Pitted Manzanilla olives, guindilla peppers (sulphites), anchovy (24%) and sunflower oil. May contain traces of crustaceans, molluscs, egg and milk.
Recommendations: Once opened, keep covered with the oil.
