The Gilda Clásica is the most iconic Basque pintxo, made with the finest ingredients: salted anchovies , pitted Manzanilla olives , and authentic Ibarra piparra . Its combination of intense and balanced flavors makes it the ideal accompaniment to appetizers, craft beers, and chilled white wines.
This legendary pintxo owes its name to the 1940s film starring Rita Hayworth , as both were "slightly spicy." Its origins date back to the legendary Casa Vallés bar in San Sebastián , where this culinary delight that continues to conquer palates was born.

Origin: Ibarra, Guipuzcoa
Ingredients: Pitted Manzanilla olives, Ibarra chili pepper, salted anchovy, refined sunflower oil, salt, wine vinegar, and preservative E-223.
Net Weight: 275 gr
Drained Weight: 90gr (5-6 units)
Recommendations: Refrigerated between 4 and 6 ºC.
Ingredientes: Aceituna deshuesada variedad manzanilla, guindilla de Ibarra, anchoa en salazón, aceite refinado de girasol, sal, vinagre de vino y conservador (E-223).
Recomendaciones: Refrigerado en frío entre 4 y 6 ºC.
