Here's the definition of gourmet balance: LoLo's 50% Iberian cebo de campo ham, a product that combines the best of both worlds. It comes from a cross between a 100% Iberian mother and a Duroc father, raised semi-free range in the pastures, fed with natural grains such as wheat, barley, almonds, and sunflowers, and supplemented with acorns during the montanera season.
Cured for over 36 months in natural cellars, this whole Iberian ham develops a melting texture, a round and deep flavor, and generous marbling that gives it that juicy touch you'll fall in love with.
