Each oyster, carefully selected from the Galician trays, is subjected to an artisanal cooking process. They are extracted from the cocha and subjected to a delicate smoking with beech smoke for later conservation in olive oil to enhance their flavor nuances.

Accompany them with a good white wine or one of our sparkling wines.
