Tantaka—which means "drop by drop" in Basque—is a white wine aged on its lees that breathes tradition and respect. Fresh, saline, and with that spark that invites you to open a good wedge of cheese, crack open some gourmet tins, and put together an effortless spread—pure enjoyment.
