Artisanal egg linguine is a long, flat pasta made with fresh egg, which provides a soft texture and a delicate flavour. Its shape, wider than spaghetti but narrower than fettuccine, makes it an excellent choice for a variety of sauces, allowing each bite to be full of flavour.
Ideal dishes: with Genovese pesto, with clams and white wine, with tomato and basil sauce, with shrimp and garlic, with mushrooms and cream, with lemon and sage sauce, with roasted vegetables and feta cheese.
