Marieta Selección's Lomo de Orza is a direct return to traditional flavors, to recipes prepared slowly and with quality ingredients. Made with lean, unmarbled white pork loin, it is carefully marinated and left to rest for seven days so the meat absorbs all the flavor.
Once cooked to perfection, the pork loin is coated and fried in a taco shape, following the traditional method, and then sliced, resulting in juicy, flavorful meat with a perfect texture. A simple and honest process, just as it's always been done.
It contains no preservatives or colorings, only natural ingredients and absolute respect for the product. That's why it's important to consume it at room temperature, to fully appreciate its aroma and nuances.
Ideal as a main course, starter, or on a good toast, accompanied by crusty bread and a glass of wine. A must-have for sharing with friends, putting together a quick spread, or bringing to the table that pork loin you only usually eat when you go back to your hometown.
