Large caliber mussels made fresh. From the pan of the Galician estuaries to the can in 24 hours.
Cleaned by hand, fried in virgin olive oil, macerated with a homemade escabeche recipe with Picofino vermouth and orange reduction and carefully placed one by one in the can.
It took more than six months to find the perfect recipe. The result? Some different mussels, with a very special texture and a sauce that blends and forms part of the bite, creating a very Picofino dish. That's why we recommend eating them with a spoon, with their sauce and dipping bread so that not a single drop remains.
