After careful selection of the size and quality of the food, they are fried just enough to give them firmness and texture, noticeable in every bite. From this moment the secret of our mussel enters the scene, led by Galician women. They are in charge of cooking the sauce, cleaning the food and packaging, placing it piece by piece and by hand for a simply perfect presentation. The design is based on a work by the Galician artist Fernando Rei.

Origin: Malpica de Bergantiños, A Coruña
Ingredients: Mytilus galloprvincialis mussels, olive oil, wine vinegar, bay leaf, garlic, spices and salt. Contains mollusks
Net Weight: 110gr
Drained Weight: 70gr
Recommendations: Keep in a cool, dry place. Once opened, consume within 48 hours.
