Made exclusively with mussels of the Mytilus galloprovincialis species, they boast the prestigious Mexillón de Galicia Protected Designation of Origin, a guarantee of quality, provenance, and sustainability.
Each piece—giant in size, between 6 and 8 per can—is caught one by one using traditional fishing techniques and carefully selected for its texture, size, and flavor.
