Inspired by traditional Italian focaccia —that flat baked bread reminiscent of fougasse— they come in a mini, crispy, and perfectly golden version. At Les Niçois, they are made with just enough rosemary to add a Mediterranean aroma without overpowering the flavor, making them the perfect wildcard for any aperitif.
