Because the meat is closer to the bone, our 50% Iberian cebo de campo shoulder develops more intense aromas and a slightly more pronounced flavor. Thanks to its format, it's a delicious experience to enjoy alone or with others!

Coming from the cross of a 100% Iberian mother, registered in the herd book, and a Duroc father, our 50% Iberian pig offers the best of both worlds. With less external fat, the cut reveals magnificent marbling thanks to abundant intramuscular fat. Unlike 100% Iberian pigs, these pigs are fed by our farmers with cereals (wheat, barley, almonds, and sunflower seeds) throughout the year, but also enjoy pastures and acorns during the Montanera period. This process results in a ham perfectly balanced between lean and fat. Each slice, hand-cut by a Master Carver, reveals the full flavor of the product.
