It's made following an ancient traditional recipe that has been passed down through generations. We use Spanish pork liver and meat, carefully combined with milk, eggs, cognac, and natural spices. The result is a pâté with a thick, rustic texture, unlike other pâtés or mousses.

Origin: Espinal, Navarra
Ingredients: Pork 60%, pork liver 30%, egg, cognac, spices, gelatin and preservative: sodium nitrite.
Weight: 130gr
Recommendations: Before serving, keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving. This will allow you to fully appreciate its qualities.
