This pâté is made according to the traditional pâté de campagne recipe. It uses wild boar meat and pork liver (both Spanish), milk, eggs, cognac, and natural spices. The result is a product with a thicker, more rustic texture, different from other pâtés or mousses, and an intense and delicious flavor.

Ingredients: Wild boar meat 30%, pork jowl and liver, egg, cognac, salt, gelatin, spices and preservative: sodium nitrite
Weight: 130gr
Recommendations: Before serving, keep refrigerated for at least 2 hours and let it cool for 10 minutes before serving. This will allow you to fully appreciate its qualities. Once opened, store between 0 and 4°C and consume within 5 days.
