The txuletón pâté is a 100% beef meat preparation subjected to a sterilization process that allows it to be preserved at room temperature for 7 years.
Pâté with a fine texture, light brown color dotted with darker specks, with an intense and fragrant aroma of spicy notes and a slightly spicy touch.
On the palate it is enveloping, velvety, where the balanced character of the beef liver txuletón stands out combined with spicy nuances that give it length, finesse and an exquisite aftertaste.

Ingredients: Txuletón trimmings (53%), beef liver, egg, cream, vegetable fiber, brandy, salt, d'Espelette pepper, sugar and sodium nitrite preservative.
Weight: 130g
Recommendations: Before consuming, keep in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours and let it cool for 10 minutes before consumption. This way you can appreciate all its qualities.
