Pulled Pork

Specialty of American cuisine. I cook pulled pork over low heat, achieving a tender and juicy texture.

Eat it with some delicious crackers, with brioche bread or as a filling for tacos or nachos. 

To pair, accompany it with an IPA-type beer or our red sangria.

Ingredients: lean pork, salt, tomato, white vinegar, cane sugar, spices, powdered smoke, natural charcoal coloring and olive oil.
