The octopus ( Octopus vulgaris ) from our estuaries is caught in a traditional and selective fishing method using pots.
Once washed and cooked, the fish is cut using scissors only, and the head is discarded (only the tentacles are processed). Selecting the tentacles according to size ensures a uniform appearance in the packaging.
Only specially selected olive oil is used.
