Abuelo Ruperto's Wedge (approx. 300 g) : raw sheep's milk cheese straight from Murcia with a chic, moldy rind that hits the spot. Tasty, persistent, and so authentic it draws you back to the countryside with every bite.

From the heart of Murcia (San Javier, next to the Mar Menor), the Ruperto family gives us this gem: an artisan cheese made with raw milk from their own Lacaune sheep, fed on organic pastures that include local citrus peels. Everything is clean, wild, and without any fuss or gimmicks.
Abuelo Ruperto is left to mature for 6 to 12 months, developing a natural, edible, moldy rind, that cinematic patina that everyone wants, but few know how to achieve.
It's intense and persistent, with endearing fruity notes, nuts, and that earthy, deep something that makes you close your eyes.
Want to enjoy it epically? Take it out of the fridge ahead of time (20-22°C and it's ready), pair it with neutral bread, toasted nuts, or a dried apricot, and pair it with a full-bodied Monastrell, a creamy oak-aged white, or an Amontillado that sings in unison.
Ingredients: Raw sheep's milk, ferments, rennet and salt.
Recommendations: Keep refrigerated between 4º and 8º. Once opened, wrap in cling film.
