Collados Quesería 's semi-cured goat cheese is a true artisanal delight, ideal for lovers of cheeses with character. Made following traditional methods, this cheese is pressed by hand , giving it its characteristic shape and unique texture. After pressing, it matures for 45 days in the cellar , developing a smooth, creamy, and slightly acidic flavor that captures the essence of our land.
Our goats, which graze freely in the beautiful natural surroundings of the Sierra de la Sagra , produce the highest quality milk, ensuring a cheese full of authentic flavor. Ideal to enjoy on its own, in salads, or paired with a good red or white wine. With each bite, you'll be transported directly to the heart of nature.

Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, calcium chloride, goat rennet, lactic ferments and salt.

Recommendations: Keep refrigerated between 6º and 10º. Consume at room temperature.
