Its production process follows the time-honored tradition: manually pressed with a knotted cloth, which gives it its characteristic shape. It then matures for 45 days in the cellar , achieving a creamy texture and an unmistakable flavor with the crunchy, slightly sweet notes of pistachios.
The secret of its quality lies in its origin: goats that graze freely at the foot of the Sierra de la Sagra , in a privileged natural setting. This cheese combines the smoothness and milkiness of semi-cured goat cheese with the intensity and toasted nuance of pistachios, making it a true delicacy for cheese lovers.

Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, calcium chloride, goat rennet, lactic ferments and salt.
