This cheese has a hard natural brown rind and a firm, compact paste with small scattered eyes. Its color is ivory white.
The texture is buttery and somewhat sticky, with a persistent flavor and aroma of matured sheep's milk. In the end, you will notice a soft aftertaste with acidic and salty touches, and a distinctive truffle flavor and aroma.
To enjoy it to the fullest, we recommend consuming it at room temperature.

Ingredients: Raw sheep's milk, natural rennet, 1% truffle (Tuber aestivum), salt and lactic ferments
