Sheep cheese made with pasteurized milk from our Lacaune sheep and granulated pistachio.
Natural edible ivory-colored bark, white interior with pistachio grains, soft, creamy texture, wrapped in white food paper with its label indicating the ingredients, nutritional values, batch and preferred consumption.

Origin: Villaescusa de Haro, Cuenca
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, pistachios (5%), lactic ferments, rennet extract, stabilizer E509 and salt.
Net Weight: 250-300gr.*
Recommendations: Keep refrigerated between 4º and 8º. Once opened, wrap with food film.
*The fact that it is a manually made cheese may cause its actual weight to be slightly above or below that indicated on the label.
