Ivory-coloured cheese with small eyes distributed throughout the cheese, a soft aroma and a compact, buttery texture that, together with a slightly intense flavour with a hint of acidity, has achieved two stars in one of the most prestigious competitions worldwide, the GREAT TASTE 2021. Recently, it has again been awarded a star at the GREAT TASTE 2022.

“An attractive, well-made cheese with a classic sheep’s milk aroma. Excellent texture and structure that releases a clean, well-balanced and highly complex flavour, especially for such a young cheese.”

Origin: Bolaños de Calatrava, Ciudad Real
Ingredients: Raw sheep's milk, lactic ferments, rennet and salt.
Net Weight: 250-300gr.*
Recommendations: Keep refrigerated between 4º and 8º. Once opened, wrap with cling film.
